1	Project site Manager	BS in Electrical Engineering	.Total 20 years of experience. ( 5 years of experience in Project Engineer position on Extra High Voltage T/Land HVDC Projects).
2	Project Engineer Civil	B.S. in Civil Engineering.	Total 15 years of experience. (5 years of experience in position of Project Engineer on Extra High Voltage S/S &T/L or HVDC civil work construction).
3	Civil Site Engineer - Ill	B.S. in Civil Engineering.	Total 10 years of experience. (5 years of experience as Electrical Engineer position on Extra High Voltage T/L or HVDC design and construction).
4	Civil Site Inspector	B.S. in Civil Engineering.	Total 8 years of experience. (4 years of experience as Civil Inspector position on Extra High Voltage T/L or HVDC Projects construction).
5	QA/QC Engineer	B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.	Total 8 years of experience. (4 years of experience as QA/QC Engineer position on Extra High Voltage T/L or HVDC Projects construction).
6	Safety Site Engineer	B.S. in Engineering or equivalent & Industry certification from an Internationally recognized awarding body (OSHA, NEBOSH, etc...) Acceptable to SEC.	Total 8 years of experience. (4 years of experience as Safety Engineer position on Extra High Voltage T/L or HVDC Projects construction).
7	Planning & Scheduling Engineer	B.S. in Engineering or equivalent from an institution acceptable to SEC.	Total 8 years of experience. (4 years of experience as Planning & Scheduling Engineer on construction management team in electric public utility industry with knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6).
8	Cost Engineer	B.S. in Engineering or equivalent from an institution acceptable to SIEC.	Total 8 years of experience. (4 years of experience as Planning & Scheduling Engineer on construction management team in electric public utility industry)
