JOB TITLE
BRANCH MANAGER (ISLAMIC)
TOTAL BANKING EXPERIENCE
One (01) year of experience as branch manager in a bank (Islamic
/ conventional banking). However Preference
will be given to the candidates having hand on experience in Islamic banking.

QUALIFICATION
Minimum
bachelor degree from an HEC recognized university or equivalent degree from a
reputable foreign university.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Branch manager will be responsible for managing and developing retail/ commercial business of the branch by frequently marketing products and services effectively .
- He/she shall plan, manage and execute a strategy to achieve targeted deposit; lending and non-fund based income and shall also be responsible for the administration, daily operations and security of the branch along with ensuring compliance with bank’s internal and State Bank of Pakistan prudential regulations relating to business and operations; and customer satisfaction through quality services.
Remarks
- In case of degree earned from a foreign university, an equivalency
certificate obtained from HEC must be submitted by the candidates at the time
of interview to validate that they possess the required education.
- Market based competitive salary
commensurate will be offered to selected candidate with experience and
qualification.
